2008: Favorite photos of the past year.

January 3, 2009

I’m planning to kick off with better/more regular posting on Monday. Today I just want to share some of the favorite photos that I posted in 2008. Most were taken by me, some are scans of old photos that are particular favorites. Enjoy!

  1. Great photos! So–do you not post photos of your kids because of potential psychotic blog stalkers? Or do you just not take photos of your kids? Are they monstrous?

  2. Ha, ha! Actually, I don’t deliberately not post photos of the boys… I just don’t take a whole lot of great photos of them. There were some posts during the summer that had some good shots of them. But, I tend to take more photos of “things” than people. Also… my favorite thing to do is take the old old photos and write down the stories and memories from them. I do want to take more “daily life” photos this coming year and make that a more regular part of the blog.

Are the boys monstrous? Why, yes… yes they are. 🙂

  3. Aren’t all boys monstrous?

I love these pics, Laura. Really nice.

  4. The pics are nice. I like the deck -before and after. What a great deck.

  5. Yes, I find it very telling that there are many more pictures of your dog than your husband and kids. 🙂 Of course, he is a very cute dog!

  6. Yes, well… my husband doesn’t even read my blog, so it’s just as well that he doesn’t appear in too many photos. I’ll try to get more family pics up this year though.
